Christopher Tompkins

( CEO )

With a passion for culture and an obsession for marketing and online networking, Christopher honed his talents for more than a decade throughout the world, including the UK, South Africa, China, and the US.

After gaining international experience and global proficiency, Christopher founded The Go! Agency to help companies harness the power of online marketing. The agency has risen to success due to his drive and competitive nature, which benefits the happy clients who share his business spirit.

A fundamental supporter of online marketing education, Christopher regularly speaks at national and international conferences, sharing the dais with Google and YouTube, at worldwide locations including London, Brussels, New York City, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Orlando, and Tampa. As well, he has authored many informative books and articles about online marketing and social media.

Christopher’s goals and desires have never wavered and is it woven into the philosophy of everything the agency does. He is devoted boundlessly to helping people leverage the power of online marketing to enhance their businesses.

Dale heads the US sales and operations of the agency, and he oversees the healthcare marketing team. He is a senior level executive and registered nurse with more than 20 years of experience in the health care arena, and served as an account manager for a leading international acute and post-acute medical equipment and medical technology provider. Dale combines his two areas of expertise, relationship building and teaching, to cultivate trust and to help people from all industries understand the importance of social media.

Combining his strong offline sales and marketing background with his online marketing knowledge, Dale gives clients peace of mind that The Go! Agency will take unequaled care of them, their brand, and their reputation. Dale and his team promote our philosophy of treating our clients like they are part of the family.

Kaylee Hauesler

Kaylee is our Social Media Manager at The Go! Agency and we are so happy to have her as a member of our production team. On a day to day basis, she is in charge of handling client accounts as well as helping develop cutting-edge social media campaigns from start to finish.

Kaylee is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Psychology. She has a passion for telling a brand’s story and creating strong relationships with their target audience.

When she’s not immersing herself in client campaigns, she likes to spend time with her family and friends, watch movies, complete do-it-yourself projects, in addition to working with non-for-profit organizations.

Erica graduated from the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business with a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing. She is the first in her family to graduate from college but she will not be the last.

In school she was involved in the American Marketing Association, Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity, and Alpha Phi Omega Service Fraternity. These organizations made her passionate about marketing, professionalism, and community service.

Outside of work she likes to spend time with her family and friends, watching movies, filming/editing videos, in addition to volunteering for not-for-profit organizations. She also traveled to Ecuador to volunteer on an environmental conservation project in the Cloud Forest.

Originally from rural Pennsylvania, Mike has always loved writing and storytelling. To pursue his dream of becoming a writer, he attended Penn State University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrative Arts, emphasizing Creative Writing and Media Studies.

After moving to Florida in 2012 with his family, he pursued his Master’s of Fine Arts in Creative Writing at The University of Tampa. He has spent years sharpening his writing abilities and is passionate about delivering quality work to The Go! Agency’s clients.

In his spare time, Mike works on his fiction writing, spends time with his family and friends, and enjoys movies, comic books, and the Florida outdoors.

Jamie has always had a passion for writing, which is why she pursued her Bachelors degree in journalism at the University of South Florida. She also had a dream to travel the world. After graduation and with nothing keeping her in Florida, she decided to leave the States to teach English in South Korea for a year. However, she wasn’t quite ready to return home, so she spent another two years traveling around Southeast Asia, New Zealand, and Australia.

Since returning home, Jamie wanted to find a career where she utilized her writing skills. But with the journalism industry declining, she decided social media marketing would be the perfect fit for her. Needless to say, she’s excited to be apart of The Go! Agency team.

When not working, she enjoys reading, playing trivia, and discovering new craft beer.

Alyssa is a UCF Knight! She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors degree in Human Communication with minors in business administration and mass communication.

Alyssa joins the thriving team as a Go! Agent in the crucial role of a Social Media Executive – which sees her working on many different facets of many different campaigns.

Born and raised in Florida, she loves spending her free time at the beach every chance she gets. Alyssa also has a passion for service and volunteers regularly for a variety of causes.

Stefanie is a U.S. Air Force and Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran. She has two Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Studies and Mass Communications from the University of South Florida. Stefanie also owns a successful photography business and is currently working on an undergraduate certificate in digital media video production.

After graduating from college, Stefanie moved to Washington DC, then to Key West. She decided to move back to Florida and begin her writing career in 2015. Now, Stefanie practices her writing craft each day, ensuring she is producing quality copy for The Go! Agency’s clients.

When Stefanie is not at the office, she enjoys traveling, reading, exercising, craft beer, and beach activities. She is an avid music connoisseur with her favorite genres being Indie Rock, Alternative Rock and R & B.

Daniel is our trusty Marketing Assistant who is always pushing himself to learn new technologies and stay at the forefront of digital marketing.

Born in the UK and a recent transplant to Clearwater, Daniel loves to get creative. In the past, he’s completed a degree in Film and Radio Production and in his spare time he loves to write and volunteer. In the winter of 2011, he left the UK to travel the world. He’s lived in 6 countries but has now settled down in Florida with his wife.

Bill recently moved to Florida from New York, where he was born and raised. After spending several years as an English teacher, he took his education background to Samsung where he managed a national education contest and social media campaign. Now Bill is excited to contribute his experience to The Go! Agency as a Social Media Executive.

Outside of work, Bill is a martial artist, musician, whiskey/craft beer enthusiast and podcast host. He also loves the variety of outdoor activities here in Florida such as kayaking (especially through mangroves) and exploring new bicycle trails.

Always trying to balance her creative and analytical sides, Lusine earned a bachelor’s in Economics with a minor in Art History from UCLA and a master’s in Arts Management from Claremont Graduate University in California. Her professional adventures in non-profit marketing lead to her falling in love with social media marketing and her personal adventures to falling in love with her fiancé, a Tampa Bay native with whom she recently moved to Florida.

Lusine is excited to level up her online marketing skills by working on a variety of campaigns at The Go! Agency. When not thinking of the next big hashtag, she enjoys museums, ice cream, and all manners of fantasy and sci-fi media.

Originally from WI (Go Pack), Tony moved to Florida in 2012 with a passion for creating highly interactive and visually stimulating websites. His #1 goal is to keep things as simple as possible and deliver high-converting, visually stunning websites every time!  He loves his full time position at The Go! Known for visionary branding, creative print marketing and exceptional client relations, Kim  has been in the design and print advertising world for over twelve years. Kim earned a BFA in Graphic Design from Colorado State University and held an internship at the University’s Printing & Publications Department. After formal education she continued to grow in various environments including local newspapers, small and medium sized print companies, photography studios as well as the Art Director for a large franchise based corporate office.

Kim enjoys life with her husband and two children (dogs) Bella and Sophie. In her spare time Kim is either on the beach, learning more about her craft or photographing inspiring images.

Abdil joins The Go! Agency with a wealth of graphic design experience working for companies large and small, worldwide.

Abdil studied Design and Multimedia and has produced countless design jobs over the years. He is known for his cutting-edge marketing collateral designs (business cards, brochures, custom graphics, promotional material) as well as his eye-catching logos which have been used to launch national and international brands alike.
