Christopher Tompkins, CEO
With a passion for culture, marketing and online networking, Christopher founded The Go! Agency to help companies harness the power of online marketing in order to gain higher levels of digital success.
Christopher has been described as ‘driven’, ‘competitive’, even ‘obsessed with marketing’. But what a great benefit this is for his happy, successful clients who have referred to Christopher as “forward thinking, “boundlessly creative”, and “technically savvy.” Christopher’s marketing and technology chops were honed over the past 10+ years, gaining international experience and global proficiency in the UK, USA, South Africa and China, among other countries.
A fundamental supporter of online marketing education, Christopher regularly speaks at national and international conferences (sharing the dais with Google and YouTube as well as regularly being asked to speak at conferences worldwide in London, Brussels as well as New York City, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Orlando, and Tampa to name a few).
Despite these accomplishments, Christopher’s goals and desires have never wavered. He continues to devote himself to helping people understand how to leverage the power of digital to enhance their business.
Dale Griffen, Head of USA Sales and Operations
Dale is the Head of USA Sales & Operations of The Go! Agency, and also oversees our Healthcare Marketing Team. Dale is a Senior Level Executive and Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in the health care arena. He has served as an Account Manager for a leading international acute & post-acute medical equipment and medical technology provider.
Dale has found a way to combine his two areas of expertise; relationship building and teaching, to cultivate trust while helping people from all industries understand the importance of social media. His strong offline sales and marketing background combined with his understanding of online (social media) marketing, give potential and current clients peace of mind – knowing that The Go! Agency will take unequaled care of them, their brand, and reputation while delivering spectacular results with the marketing strategy that we provide. Dale and his team share The Go! Agency philosophy of delivering cutting edge social media marketing campaigns while treating our clients like part of the family.
Clare Osbourne, Head of UK Sales and Operations
Clare is the Head of UK Sales and Operations and holds down the fort at our London-based offices. She brings to The Go! Agency, over 15 years of marketing and customer service experience, working within both the public and private sector.
With a passion for client relations and attention to detail, she thrives on giving the best service and is ready to face challenges head on. Clare also has her creative side which she uses both for her work and in her spare time.

Judith Tompkins, Account Manager
Judith recently joined The Go! Agency as an Account Manager. She is an administrative professional with 35+ years in the executive offices of several US Fortune 500 companies. She brings a wealth of knowledge along with her expertise in the fields of marketing, finance, and communications. She is very passionate about providing clients with the support they need to achieve their objectives and works very diligently towards that end.
Judith is as comfortable in the kitchen as she is in the boardroom. She also enjoys biking, reading and volunteering at the local food bank.
Nathan Follmer, Website Design Partner
Nathan has been in the graphic design and web development industry for more than half his life. He has worked on many high profile projects and websites for a wide range of clients, including many major retail companies and broadcasted television shows. Nathan has a passion for crafting innovative websites and multimedia projects that exceed the clients expectation of what is possible in this industry and strives to stay ahead of developing web technologies and practices. He makes sure that his clients web experience is seamlessly integrated with their traditional marketing and branding pieces.
Kim Patterson, Graphic Design Partner
Known for visionary branding, creative print marketing and exceptional client relations, Kim Patterson has been in the design and print advertising world for over fifteen years. Kim earned a BFA in Graphic Design from Colorado State University and held an internship at the University’s Printing & Publications Department. After formal education she continued to grow in various environments including local newspapers, small and medium sized print companies, photography studios as well as the Art Director for a large franchise based corporate office.
Kim specializes in creating, designing, marketing and branding businesses. She relishes the reward of discovering unique visual solutions for businesses and helping them achieve marketing success.
